Desigzkar ("we," "us," "our") is a global creative agency offering branding, logo design, packaging design, website development, SEO, social media management, CGI reels, and digital marketing services.

• Our services are available worldwide, and we work with clients across different industries.

• Each project is customized based on client requirements, and timelines are agreed upon before commencement.

• Prices for services are quoted based on project scope and complexity.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required before starting work.

• Full payment must be made before final project delivery. Late payments may incur additional charges.

• We accept online payments, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.

• All designs, concepts, and creative work remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the final deliverables.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Clients must provide all necessary materials, approvals, and feedback promptly to avoid project delays.

• Any additional requests or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges

• Projects include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed separately.

• Major project changes after approval may require a new agreement.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If a project is canceled after work has begun, clients will be charged for the work completed.

• Refunds are issued only in cases where Desigzkar is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services.

• Desigzkar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

• We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, printing services, social media platforms).

• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details.

• Clients must not disclose our pricing, proposals, or creative processes without our written consent.

• Some projects may require integration with third-party platforms (e.g., social media, web hosting, SEO tools).

• Desigzkar is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party providers.

• We reserve the right to terminate services if a client fails to make payments, violates these Terms, or engages in unethical behavior.

• Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be settled before receiving final deliverables.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

• For international clients, legal matters will be addressed in accordance with mutual agreements.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

• Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
